In accordance with the EU Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling Regulations), customers have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods within a 14-day “cooling-off” period. This period begins the day after receipt of goods.
During this cooling-off period, customers may cancel their order without providing a reason and without penalty, other than any costs associated with returning the goods.
If you cancel your order within this period, a full refund will be issued for the value of the goods, including standard delivery charges. However, any additional services specifically requested by the customer (such as gift wrapping or premium delivery services) are non-refundable.
Customers are required to take reasonable care of goods. Items must be returned unused and in a resalable condition.
To cancel an order, please email [email protected] including your order number, date of purchase, name, contact details, items to be cancelled, and reason for cancellation.
To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] with your order details, including order number, purchase date, contact information, items being returned, and reason for return.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied in error or is deemed faulty. If goods are not returned, we may arrange collection and deduct the associated cost from any refund due.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed without undue delay.

Certain items are excluded from cancellation and return rights, including goods that are: made to measure, cut, or mixed to customer specification.

Customers must also ensure they notify us before returning goods, as outlined above.
