When placing an order on our website, customers will have the option to select our Click & Collect service. This service allows customers to purchase items online and collect them from their chosen McMahons Builders Providers branch.
Orders placed using Click & Collect must be collected in full from a single nominated store. It is not possible to split an order for collection across multiple locations.
At the time of placing a Click & Collect order, customers will be required to provide payment details. Payment is processed immediately online and is not taken at the point of collection in-store.
Customers will be required to provide personal details, including name, email address, and billing address. A valid email address and billing address are mandatory to complete the order. Customers without a valid email address will not be eligible to use the Click & Collect service.
Once payment has been successfully processed, customers will receive a confirmation email containing order details, including the customer’s name, billing address, item information, and the last four digits of the payment card used.
Customers will receive an “Order Ready for Collection” notification when their order is available for pickup. Please allow 1–3 days for this notification, depending on product availability and store processing times.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the “Order Ready for Collection” notification. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, the store will contact the customer directly.
Orders cannot be released without presentation of the order confirmation email in-store. Proof of identity may also be required at the time of collection, and customers should bring valid identification.
If a third party is collecting the order on behalf of the customer, they must present the order confirmation email and valid identification.
All collections may require a signature as proof of receipt. The order confirmation email will serve as the official proof of purchase.
Placing items in the online shopping cart does not reserve stock. Items remain available for purchase by other customers until the order is completed and payment is processed.
In rare circumstances, McMahons Builders Providers may be unable to fulfil an order after it has been placed and paid for. In such cases, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer. Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible following order receipt.
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to place an order through the McMahons Builders Providers website.
